A narrative sim where you are the therapist, and every session is a different patient with a different story. Your dialogue choices branch: guide the conversation, get to what is really going on, or steer the session somewhere it should not go.
Between sessions you run your schedule and fit out an office in Manhattan. It is in Early Access.

The game definitely has potential worth keeping an eye on. The current content doesn't seem to offer a satisfying sense of progression for the player and it's missing follow up appointments with patients you treated in the previous week to continue their therapy. Therapy Simulator is good but there needs to be controller support. I have a very shakey hand so using the mouse can be difficult for me otherwise 8/10
